MITCHELL OUT ARMSTRONG IN AS PRESIDENT

Gloria Mitchell has retired as the President of CBAA, the California Bail Agents Association, after six years in the job. She will remain the association’s Immediate Past President.

She is being replaced by Mr. William (Bill) Armstrong of Cecil C. Armstrong Bail Bonds.

Bill is a third-generation bail agent with over 40 years’ service.
